STOREKEEPER
We are looking for a Storekeeper to maintain our inventory and ensure all goods are stored properly. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.
Responsibilities:
– Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies
– Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock
– Maintain storage area by organizing floor space and adhering to storage design principles
– Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders
– Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
– Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments
– Assist in other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role
– Familiarity with inventory software and systems
– Solid understanding of warehouse procedures
– Good organizational and time-management skills
– Physical ability to stand, lift, and move heavy items
– High school diploma or equivalent
