Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, managing customer inquiries and orders, and assisting with various sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
– Assist sales team with creating and maintaining customer accounts
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and entering data into the CRM system
– Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
– Assist with developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus
