  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with AEM assets and sites.
  • Experience with Adobe platforms and software.
  • Experience with file management standards and practices.
  • Well organized and highly structured individual, with strong attention to detail.
  • Deep knowledge of DAM, metadata taxonomy, and concepts for assets and digital content.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with AEM.
  • Experience with content management systems.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills.Proven Experience In :

  • Work with creative and content teams to ingest, curate, and catalog assets in the Adobe Experience Manager (“AEM”) DAM system.
  • Enforce appropriate taxonomies and metadata schemas to assets ingested into the system.
  • Ensure proper IP and asset detail setup, check priority assets are available and update as needed to support other teams.
  • Provide metadata to the LCBO digital assets on the AEM DAM.
  • Appropriately curate the types of assets being archived, adapting the scope as the business requires.
  • Work closely with creative team leaders to ensure effective location, retrieval, and upload of assets.
  • Acquire appropriate approvals for asset sharing, following guidelines and preserving chain of approval, involving all stakeholders.
  • Train users on the DAM system and content usage processes, and ensure other archivists are properly trained in and meeting standards for the clean and consistent setup metadata.
  • Communicate status of asset ingestion with stakeholders, including goals, challenges, progress, and changes.
  • Develop Standard Operational Procedure documents for assets intake.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance of equipment, machinery, and buildings.
