Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee each project from planning through implementation to final evaluation, ensuring all objectives are met.

Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage schedules and activity lists to guide project execution effectively.

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and brand strategy teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies and supporting communications materials to meet participant targets.

Reporting and Evaluation: Implement reporting mechanisms and key performance indicators, monitor results, and provide regular updates.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance, addressing inquiries, and coordinating activities.

Process Development: Develop and implement processes, policies, and procedures under which each project will operate.

Vendor and Partner Coordination: Work with external vendors and partners to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives.

Customer Relations: Address any issues or concerns that arise with the project, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Procurement Management: Manage and execute any procurement needs of the project.

Contingency Planning: Develop and execute contingency plans as necessary to meet project goals.

Support Tasks: Undertake various supporting tasks to complete the project, including procurement, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), data requests (CDRs), data analysis, and troubleshooting.

Project Evaluation: Coordinate resources to conduct evaluations of projects.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation is preferred.

Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Marketing and Communication: Experience in developing and executing marketing and communication plans.

Industry Knowledge: Well-developed business acumen and understanding of the energy industry.

Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop customer-focused solutions.

Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English for a professional environment.
Additional Assets:

Experience with new product development.

Knowledge of BC Hydro internal processes such as Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), procurement (and use of Passport), customer data requests, CEM operations.
Salary and Contract Details:

Salary: $49.00 – $60.00 per hour.

Contract Term: 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
