Description:
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Duties include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
– Provide information and assistance to customers regarding company products and services
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
