  • Provide exemplary end-user support and service.
  • Provide prompt response to user requests for information via phone, e-mail or service desk ticketing system and assist in application system problem resolution.
  • Build relationships and awareness of upcoming remote office activities with key stakeholders from the divisions.
  • Collaborate with IT Service Delivery Leads on incident & problem management, root cause analysis and to resolve after-hours cases.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture department and business leads to ensure onboarding / offboarding processes are followed.
  • Work with internal IT training team to understand new technology deployment and provide users with assistance.
  • Troubleshoot meeting related issues with Logitech devices, Microsoft Teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows, Dell, Android and/or Mac devices.
  • Troubleshoot vendor related & office/remote issues (LAN/WAN, TCP-IP, VLAN, VOIP, SolarWinds, VPN, Fortinet Devices).
  • Manage hardware and software required for all users. Assist remote users through Log Me In.
  • Log all incoming calls in an Incident Management tool. Ensure all change requests are implemented without business disruption.
  • Manage, label and update all office & site hardware in the site dashboard.
  • Assist users in troubleshooting multi factor authentication (MFA) related issues.
  • Distribution, installation, replacement and troubleshooting Konica Minolta Printers/Scanner/Copiers, Printix Clients.
  • Assist IT security team with security incidents. Educate employees on Mattamy’s security best practices and processes.
  • Work with network operations centre (NOC) and senior team to ensure equipment is prepared and deployed to site.
  • Coordinate installation of Internet Service Provider (ISP), Phone, and Printing services in all GTA locations.
  • Communicate with business leads to ensure IT and business alignment.
  • Travel to remote office locations as needed.

What you bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking fundamentals that can be used to connect sites / trailers / offices.
  • Demonstrated experience with client support and a proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel within the GTA region.
