- Have a professional certification (P.Eng., P.Geo. or other).

- You will measure gamma radiation fields.
- You will measure surface contamination using either radiation detectors or swipe sampling.
- You will collect airborne monitor samples.

You will assist with project team by managing document workflows, formatting of documents, maintaining document matrices and logs and being a prime point of contact for documentation related matters.This opportunity is to join the WSP team responsible for the execution and construction of the Port Hope Area Initiative (PHAI). The PHAI represents the federal government’s response to the community-requested solution for the cleanup and local, long-term, safe management of historic low-level radioactive waste in the municipalities of Port Hope and Clarington. - Perform MS Suite processing, and formatting of various documents (memos, plans, minutes, reports) in accordance with company standards or as specified by projects.
- Prime contact for project documentation, format and content, including editing and final quality verification documents.
- Track and issue documents through their review and approval cycles
- Assist with compilation, formatting and issuance of daily, weekly and monthly deliverables and reports.
- Maintain and update Project Plans, Procedures, Instructions and Forms by performing revisions and updates.
- Prepare and maintain databases and logs as required by the project.
- Liaise with internal team, clients and subcontractor counterparts on document control tracking and issues.
- Perform administration and maintenance of shared workspaces (eg. Procore, Sharepoint, Project Drives), and other document control systems as required.
- Maintaining project files and internal and external reporting requirements.
- Providing administrative assistance to the project team, as required.
- Scheduling and attending meetings, recording and generating minutes.
What you’ll bring to WSP:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Administration or Document Control role
- High School Diploma or post-secondary education
- Advanced computer and word processing skills using MS Office applications
- Familiar with construction document control and contract administration processes, procedures, and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of constant deadlines.
- Exhibit an extremely high level of professionalism and superior attention to details.
- Energetic, self-motivated and quick to learn with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Must be eligible for Reliability status CNL security clearance (individual must have 3 full years of verifiable history in Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand and/or Australia).

Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pre-cook and/or cook food products as directed.
- Prepare “mise en place” (setting in place of foods, garnishes, sauces, dishes, cutlery, etc) and other products as required for high volume production.
- Clean kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Label, date, store and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
- Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
