  • Planning: Develop and manage supply chain strategies to meet service levels while optimizing inventory. Monitor KPIs, adjust based on trends, and manage inventory settings. Support product launches, phase-outs, and lifecycle planning in coordination with product teams. Track critical supply chain factors like lead times, capacity, and geopolitical risks.
  • Execution: Adjust safety stock and forecasts using demand trends. Analyze data to support planning, manage item setups, expedite orders, and coordinate supply for capital projects. Maintain accurate Oracle records and resolve discrepancies across supply chain functions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and address recurring issues in supply chain performance. Lead and support process improvement initiatives to reduce inventory, improve service levels, and enhance efficiency. Develop and refine procedures and work instructions.

Education & Qualification:

You will be responsible for preparing and serving food to residents or patients in an assisted living or medical facility.As a Dietary Aide, you will:

  • Assist in basic food preparation and serve meals in accordance with therapeutic diets and portion standards
  • Setting, clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing dining spaces
  • Maintain and perform cleaning duties or, as per the posted cleaning schedule for that day
  • Monitor and restock service areas.
  • Observe HACCP guidelines to ensure safe food handling / preparation methods
  • Follow WHIMIS and MSDS guidelines using chemicals, cleaning, and sanitizing agents
  • Support with special function catering as delegated

About you:

  • You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
  • Have previous experience as a dietary aide or in hospitality and customer service
  • You have knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Skilled in preparing meals according to instructions
  • Have good time-management skills and ability to multitask
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have the physical ability to carry out the duties of the position

Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, pre-cook and/or cook food products as directed.
  • Prepare “mise en place” (setting in place of foods, garnishes, sauces, dishes, cutlery, etc) and other products as required for high volume production.
  • Clean kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Label, date, store and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage areas.
  • Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
  • Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

  • Familiar with industry’s best practices.
