Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing customer orders and providing order status updates
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
