Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers and provide them with information and support related to our products and services. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive and timely manner
– Update customer records in the database
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
– Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Strong communication skills

Position: Event Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute a variety of events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. The Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating all logistics related to events, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, decor, and entertainment. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that events run smoothly and meet expectations.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, and social gatherings
– Coordinate all logistics related to events, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, decor, and entertainment
