Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $21 per hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Manage and resolve customer complaints
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Provide information about products and services
– Maintain customer records
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ year of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient computer skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
