Your primary responsibility will be to gather valuable feedback and insights from customers regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Actively communicate with customers to understand their experiences, needs, and preferences.
• Data Collection: Utilize various devices and tools to gather and analyze customer feedback, ensuring accurate and relevant data is captured.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Development team to relay customer insights that inform product enhancements and new features.
• Marketing Support: Provide critical feedback to the Marketing team to help shape campaigns, messaging, and promotional materials.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on customer trends and insights to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Identify common issues or areas for improvement based on customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to address them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with feedback-gathering tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience in customer service or market research is a plus.
