Job description: We are seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field, or a demonstrated capability to perform in these areas. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Inflight or comparable customer-service IT products, such as Digital Manifest Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and efficiency within the Inflight industry, utilizing their expertise in IT and marketing. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
