Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Our client, a reputable law firm in Toronto, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the legal team and must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the legal team, including but not limited to managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual
– Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with special projects and events as needed
– Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred
– 2+ years of administrative or office experience
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Legal office experience is an asset
