Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Toronto. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
– Receive and process incoming stock and materials
– Pick and pack orders for shipment
– Load and unload trucks
– Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
– Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
– Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
– Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
Requirements:
– Proven working experience as a Warehouse Associate
– Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
– Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Ability to lift heavy objects
– High school degree
