Requirements

  • 1-year experience in a Growth/Marketing environment
  • Experience in content creation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong English communication skills
  • The position is ideal for someone looking to fulfill University or College Co-Op Requirements.

Preferred but not required:

  • Bilingual – French (Highly Preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and engaging with influencers
  • Experience with Adobe Suite Programs
  • Experience in SEO

We are looking to hire positive and enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our Marketplace/eCommerce Marketing team to help continue growing our company. We have multiple brands across different pages and are constantly adding to our existing portfolio. We are looking for a talented individual who understands e-commerce and management to create and maintain a strong marketplace presence for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurate product uploads and data entry on a daily basis.
  • Managing different Vendor/Marketplace Accounts (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart)
  • Assist in order fulfillment and customer service across multiple platforms.
  • Being able to analyze and feature products on different marketplaces.
  • Working alongside the Operations department to make sure orders are prepared and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Occasionally helping to pack and organize warehouse shipments and packages.
  • Maintain a consistent product catalog on Shopify.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on marketing-related inquiries from the vendors.
  • Understanding the target market for the given product and targeting wisely.
  • Create sales status reports, and maintain online sales plans and targets.
  • Analyze e-commerce best practices to arrive at recommendations on how to improve sales

Qualifications:

  • Strong follow-up and detail-oriented individual with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Amazon, Shopify, or other E-commerce sales and customer service experience is an added asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic photoshop skills are considered an asset.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to build mutually-beneficial business relationships and work with clients
  • Desire to work and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Educational qualifications: Diploma or undergraduate degree.

Salary: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
