This role involves creating engaging print and digital advertisements, managing promotional initiatives, delivering brand strategies, supporting digital marketing campaigns, facilitating external social media activity, and ensuring seamless project management across various teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork, creativity, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.What You Will DoWork cross-functionally with internal teams to create engaging multimedia advertisements for various publications showcasing our innovations to targeted audienceSupport and execute digital marketing campaigns for key launches, trade shows, contests and moreBuild and maintain relationships with media and agency partners, pitching ideas and conducting bi-weekly update callsCollaborate with Brand Manager and Director to develop and execute annual and multi-year plans encompassing PR and advertising executions on an editorial calendarManage the brand ambassador portfolio, making strategic decisions on engagement and product seeding to enhance brand presenceConduct frequent and thorough market analysis to identify competitors and potential brand ambassadors for future partnershipsEnsure the seamless execution of initiatives across multiple teams and external partnersDevelop and deliver multimedia presentations to internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong presentation and communication skillsCoordinate with the internal finance team to ensure timely payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and complianceWho You AreStrong understanding of social media platforms and ability to analyze engagement metricsExperienced in deploying marketing campaigns in both print and digital executionsKnowledgeable in PR and marketing principles, with a curiosity to learn and apply new skillsComfortable prioritizing and balancing multiple schedules and competing deadlinesDemonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat you have done:3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or PR roles preferredBachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing, communications, or another relevant fieldStrong proficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to adapt to evolving business goals and capitalize on new opportunitiesAbout TTI Canada & MilwaukeeMilwaukee is always in the market for people with the energy, enthusiasm and dedication to enhance our brand.
