As a Client Partner, you will play a critical role in driving Narcity’s revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with both agencies and brands. With your strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of media and marketing, you will position Narcity as the go-to partner for advertisers. You will focus on selling performance-driven products, top-of-funnel awareness campaigns, and creator marketing solutions, ensuring that Narcity meets and exceeds client expectations.New Business Acquisition & Prospecting

  • Drive net-new revenue by prospecting and qualifying business opportunities with mid-to-large advertisers, including agencies and direct-to-brand clients.
  • Leverage your network and outbound sales techniques to generate leads, land meetings, and close new deals.
  • Independently build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and buyer needs to unlock new verticals and identify untapped opportunities.

Strategic Sales Execution

  • Act as a trusted advisor, educating prospective clients on how Narcity’s advertising solutions align with their objectives.
  • Develop pitch strategies tailored to each opportunity, encompassing awareness, performance marketing, and creator-driven campaigns.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, transitioning accounts post-sale to internal teams for execution and retention.
  • Lead and participate in high-stakes pitches to win key accounts in competitive environments.
  • Territory Development & Pipeline Strategy
  • Create and execute a territory plan designed to expand Narcity’s reach and drive sustainable new revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to prioritize leads, manage engagement, and forecast accurately.
  • Track performance metrics across pipeline health, close rate, and prospect conversion to inform strategy and execution.
  • Collaboration for Growth
  • Partner with Account Managers and internal teams post-sale to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign launch.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring best-in-class proposals and media plans to market that are aligned with client goals and Narcity’s value proposition.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in self-sourcing leads and consistently closing new business in a media sales or digital marketing environment.
  • Track record of success in outbound sales and prospecting, especially with net-new clients.
  • Experience educating and winning over clients unfamiliar with digital or creator-driven strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, creator campaigns, and performance marketing tactics.
  • Expert in navigating competitive sales cycles and tailoring solutions to complex client needs.
  • Skilled in CRM tools and digital analytics platforms for pipeline and performance tracking.
  • French fluency is an asset, but not required.
