Then join the National Bank Investments (BNI) team as a Sales CoordinatorThis position reports to the Director, Inside Sales, National Bank Investments.Main Responsibilities:As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales and business development activities of NBI’s sales teams as well as offer administrative support to the managers within the executive team. The role evolves and adapts to the growing demands of clients and newly implemented technology aimed at improving overall efficiencies.You will also take a lead in implementing current projects and corporate events, as well as support the Marketing Team in various projects. The role allows a person to learn a variety of different tasks, have multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Specifically, you will:
- Coordinate digital strategy (Marketing Cloud/Salesforce/webinars, etc.).
- Help support inbound client relationships activities for the wholesaler and inside sales associate.
- Plan and manage various corporate events.
- Assist the executive National Sales team with Calendar management, travel planning, events, etc.
- Expense reports and general administrative support to Sales team.
- Collaborate with Marketing team on various PowerPoint presentations.
- Act as liaison between corporate head-office various sales teams across the country. Coordinate different Human Resources and IT requests.
- Ensure budget compliance with all sales related activities.
