Customer Service Representative
Description
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Manage a high volume of incoming calls and email inquiries
– Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
– Maintain customer records and update information in the database
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay current on product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED required
– 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
