  • Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our technical and HR teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and HR practices to inform sales strategies and maintain Mindtris’s competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in technology solutions or HR services.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and HR practices, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets independently and within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, HR, or related field preferred.
