Job Description

“Remote Opportunity”

  • Assist and execute on SEO team tasks to fulfill client technical audits and ongoing SEO monitoring
  • Perform deep, intent-based keyword research and analysis to develop quality keyword portfolio utilizing SEO tools and resources
  • Prepare and develop comprehensive internal and external link strategies, be responsible for client reporting as well as other search engine marketing assistance
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects and coordinate with clients to implement recommendations that adhere to white hat SEO best practices
  • Keep up to date with latest industry trends, technology and changes; evaluate top industry tools
  • Work in conjunction with Digital Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Development teams to identify client opportunities across groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Past experience in search engine optimization related roles
  • Experience in on-page optimization with a sound knowledge of on-page best practices.
  • Technical experience & knowledge of modern SEO methodologies and implementation
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools, and can demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of search intent
  • Comfortable with a fast-evolving search landscape, with a demonstrated ability to learn new concepts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. SEO copywriting experience a plus
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Data Studio or Tableau
  • Adept with Excel or Google spreadsheets. Knowledge of formulas and advanced functions a plus
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Well versed with Google Search Console and other webmaster tool features and functionalities
  • Exposure to various CMS systems, and familiarity with HTML/CSS

Job Description

  • Keep up to date with the latest search industry trends, technology, and changes; evaluate top industry tools

Qualifications

  • Past (recent) experience in search engine optimization related roles
  • Strong writing and editing skills, confident with best practices for content marketing and developing content strategies for the organic channel
  • Experience in on-page optimization with a sound knowledge of on-page best practices
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools, with a solid understanding of search intent
  • Generalist SEO experience is a plus including experience with Technical, Local SEO, International SEO or E-commerce SEO
  • Comfortable with a fast-evolving search landscape with a demonstrated ability to learn new concepts
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge or experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Data Studio or Tableau is an asset
  • Well versed with Google Search Console as well as industry standard tools such as aHrefs, SEMRush, MajesticSEO

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director to partner with our diverse clients to develop Digital Transformation strategies that navigate the rapidly changing marketing landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing frameworks that intersect Identity, First-Party Data, and Technology Stack solutions to deliver a privacy-first audience experience. The Associate Director will provide strategic, technical, and operational consulting by implementing Cardinal Path’s Digital Transformation framework and customizing our clients’ solutions.

You are a curious, analytical thinker who can see the system and understand how it works. You are comfortable with design-thinking and skilled with leading discovery sessions and client presentations. Staying current with new and next concepts to develop thought-leadership POV’s is second nature, and getting tactical with intricate details is not a chore.

This role will create an opportunity for a driven, passionate, and innovative consultant to shape Cardinal Path’s service offering and approach to Digital Transformation client strategy. The work is varied, challenging, and you must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate the client’s approach to data, activation, technology, and delivery process and identify opportunities for evolving the platform to improve operational efficiency
  • Assess how to enhance client’s First-Party Data, Identity, Privacy, Audience Management, and Technology Stack to create new revenue streams and customer value
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and supporting projects to provide clients a prioritized path to transformation
  • Deliver vendor analysis and recommendations across the technology and data partner stack (CDP, DMP, Safe-Haven/Data Clean Rooms, BtB/BtC partners, data brokers, consent management, personalization, and related technology/data vendors)
  • Integrate strategies across Cardinal Path delivery teams and Dentsu partner agencies for a holistic solution approach (data, analytics, media, activation, and measurement)
  • Work across technology, data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to develop Digital Transformation solutions and client delivery.
  • Research emerging data and technology industry trends to improve the Digital Transformation framework
  • Publish blog posts and whitepapers emerging industry trends and experienced POVs
  • Estimated 25% business development, 50% client consulting, and 25% thought leadership/practice development time allocation

Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of relevant solution design experience in selecting, implementing, and/or managing new marketing technologies, data, or analytic solutions
  • At least 2 years experience as a client-facing consultant (project and/or management)
  • Digital transformation related work that has demonstrated capability advancement for an organization is desired.
  • Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem, identity solutions, marketing science, and online/offline activation tactics
  • Comfortable with creating a business case for transformation with supporting ROI analysis
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams/clients to develop solution designs and requirements
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • A degree in computer science, analytics, or related field is preferred
