We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining office organization. Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Responsibilities include:
– Handling inbound hotel reservations calls in a professional and timely manner
– Providing exceptional customer service to clients
– Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations
– Selling additional amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
– Utilizing reservation system to book and confirm reservations
– Assisting with special projects and other duties as needed
