Our Opportunity:
Restaurant Brands International is looking for an Analyst, Digital Marketing to join our Marketing Team based in Toronto, ON. The Analyst, Digital Marketing will be focused on supporting the development and execution of the Popeyes Canada digital platforms strategy. You will be responsible for supporting the growth of third-party and white label delivery program, mobile and web platform, indoor and outdoor digital menu board program roll out, as well as any new channel added on the digital platform.
Outside of the Popeyes Canada team, you will work closely with the RBI Tech teams as well as our POS vendors, creative and media agencies, and CRM platform partners to ideate, plan and execute digital activations.
You must be adaptive, willing to learn, and excited to dive into our data and technology to fulfill organizational goals. You should be excited by the prospect of creatively communicating to our guests in meaningful and unique ways and be able to back up campaign experiments with rigorous analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with all third-party delivery aggregators and support planning and executing campaigns to improve sales and performance of the program
- Support third party POS integration, and be responsible for franchisee onboarding, performance analysis, menu updates and oversee resolution of delivery related issues
- Assist in the development and execution of CRM content, including managing e-mail marketing, push and in-app messaging, to drive guest loyalty and engagement with Popeyes Canada mobile platforms
- Collaborate with the Consumer Technology Group and third party vendors to onboard restaurants onto all eligible digital platforms (3p delivery, White Label, Digital Menu Boards, Loyalty)
- Assist in creating campaigns and offers to drive acquisition and sales through the Popeyes Canada App
- Challenge current processes and lead special projects to iterate and improve digital and brand execution
- Improve the health of digital systems to increase sales and support sales-driving initiatives
- Cross-functional project management of all initiatives and ongoing activities related to guest facing technology, digital platforms, and brand initiatives
- Communicate in an effective manner with the field, operators, restaurants, and other relevant Popeyes and RBI areas on any updates or upcoming initiatives
- Work closely with the analytics team to analyze campaigns, summarize insights, and provide recommendations for future projects.
- Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and IT Security to enable new projects
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Track record of strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and creativity
- Interested in the bigger picture & excited to experiment with cutting-edge systems & tools
- Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include franchise partners, cross functional stakeholders, and agency partners
- Must be solution oriented, able to dissect information, see opportunities, preempt issues, and find solutions
- Ability to manage large data sets
- Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
