About the Role

The Demand Generation Specialist is integral to our growth strategy and is hyperfocused on bringing MQLs and SQLs into the pipeline. You’ll oversee our existing paid digital advertising accounts and explore alternative channels.

We’re looking for someone with experience overseeing large budgets that drive results.

Develop, implement, and fine-tune campaigns across various platforms.

Experience with major search and social channels.

Collaborate closely with our tight-knit team to iterate on existing campaigns and ideate new ones.

Dive into campaign performance data, extracting meaningful insights to make adjustments and improvements and suggest new experiments.

Regularly report results to the marketing team.

Stay ahead of industry trends and continually explore emerging technologies to refine our approach and find profitable channels before they’re overused.

Identifying gaps in the marketing and sales engines to provide opportunities for further optimization

About you and your experience

Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in a dedicated Demand Generation role

Experience in B2B and/or SaaS in the tech industry is an asset

A track record of managing paid campaigns and driving tangible results via lead generation and customer acquisition.

Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights

About the Role:

The Digital Demand Generation Specialist is integral to our growth strategy by attracting new leads and nurturing existing prospects in our database. Your primary responsibility is to manage and optimize paid campaigns and other demand-generation channels. In doing so, you will directly contribute to our revenue objectives by building a pipeline for the sales organization, enhancing brand visibility and attracting high-quality leads.

  • Develop, implement, and fine-tune campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to search, social, and referral sites.
  • Collaborate closely with our tight-knit team to ideate, plan, and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns that align with marketing KPIs and objectives.
  • Dive into campaign performance data, extracting meaningful insights to inform adjustments and improvements, ensuring each campaign is a learning opportunity and communicate those metrics and learnings to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads through a personalized and seamless journey from initial awareness to successful conversion.
  • Set up and moderate webinars to continue to drive product demand
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continually explore emerging technologies to refine our approach.
  • Identifying gaps in the marketing and sales engines to provide opportunities for further optimization
  • Lead or participate in other assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging based on user research, market insights, customer persona and product knowledge.
  • Bring new products and features to market by taking the lead on launches – planning, creating/managing deliverables and timelines to maximize impact.
  • Create key assets that improve market presence and drive pipeline through advertising, video, webinars, thought leadership, email nurture, etc.
  • Partner with sales teams to position our products effectively, leveraging internal tools and developing assets that help improve win rates.
  • Become a product subject matter expert, evangelist and cross-functional leader who unites Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive business results.

Your Experience

Technical Support Specialist
