Job Description

Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Hours: Full-time

Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department in various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee training, maintaining personnel records, and providing general HR support.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
– Conduct new employee orientation and assist with onboarding process
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, training records, and performance evaluations
