We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in converting marketing-qualified leads into consignors, driving growth and engagement for our brand. Your primary focus will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential consignors, effectively showcasing the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert marketing-qualified leads into active consignors through proactive outreach and personalized communication.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track your book of business, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective lead management.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns that resonate with potential consignors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding process for new consignors.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of lead conversion strategies and sales processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar tools for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
