E-commerce Manager
Our company is seeking an experienced and strategic E-commerce Manager to join our team. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s e-commerce strategy in order to drive online sales and grow the business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketing, and analytics, and will be able to lead a team to execute on strategic initiatives. The E-commerce Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the overall digital strategy for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and customer acquisition
– Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and technologies
– Lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team
– Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to drive the overall digital strategy
– Analyze e-commerce data and performance to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
– 5+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience, with a focus on driving online sales
– Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, including CMS, CRM, and analytics tools
– Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing teams
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
