Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and email. You will assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information. Additionally, you will handle order processing, returns, and exchanges. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
