Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and other diagnostic imaging procedures
– Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
– Operate and maintain radiology equipment
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging results
– Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of procedures
– Adhere to all safety and quality control standards
– Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
Qualifications:
– Must be a graduate of an accredited radiology technology program
– Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification required
– Valid state licensure as a Radiology Technologist
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures
– Strong technical skills and knowledge of radiology equipment and procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
