Customer Service Representative
Our Client, a leading energy company, is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at their office in Calgary. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide accurate information about products and services
