Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

Job Description:
Our client, a leading construction company in Toronto, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
– Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
– Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
– Oversee quality control and safety standards on construction sites
– Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement and resource allocation
– Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any issues or concerns
– Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in project management software and tools
– PMP certification is an asset
