Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will provide support and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Providing product information and pricing to customers
– Processing orders and returns
– Handling customer complaints and escalations
– Communicating with internal teams to address customer concerns
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
