The Monetization Strategy organization provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We focus on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.
We are seeking entrepreneurial MBA graduates to join our Monetization Strategy team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape monetization efforts in North America. – Support the monetization team by assisting with strategy development for various advertiser segments.
– Collaborate with leadership on high-impact projects.
– Assist with performance analysis, reporting, and driving business review cadences.
– Help set and manage performance goals for the monetization team.
– Assist in measuring and tracking business financial performance to ensure the financial health of business operations.
– Contribute to the development and optimization of monetization processes and policies as the team scales.
– Support the development and planning of monetization strategies through analysis and research, translating insights into growth initiatives.
– Assist in managing key initiatives on a project basis and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the US and other international markets.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
-At least 2 years of work experience in: any corporate strategy roles, consulting, finance, digital marketing
-Demonstrated expertise in conducting advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
-Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within cross-functional teams.
-Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational and project management skills.Preferred Qualifications
– Proficiency in data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets for informed decision-making.
– Demonstrated experience in project management or leading various initiatives.
