Qualifications
Summary of Experience

  • Progressive experience in marketing, loyalty, retail leadership or other relevant environment – 3-5 years
  • University degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience working in partnership with finance and data science preferred
  • Experience working for or with a loyalty program preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Solid business background and financial acumen, able to develop business cases with strong customer-centric focus backed up by data
  • Analyzing business results and qualitative data to support strategies and process optimizations
  • Project management skills; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines (2+ years of experience)
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Collaborative, can work as part of a team, while also able to work independently
  • Ability to solve complex problems, to take on a new perspective on existing solutions, and to function effectively with ambiguity
  • Bilingualism considered an asset
