Job description: Who We’re Looking ForTeads is looking for a highly motivated, driven, hardworking intern to join our Customer Experience team. The ideal Customer Experience (Ad Ops) intern (September -December) will be someone who is a true team player and willing to jump in to help with day-to-day tasks, projects, and any ad hoc requests that may come up. Additionally, this person should be interested in Digital Advertising, highly articulate, and committed to quality performance.If this sounds like you, you’re the right fit!What You’ll Do
- Generate campaign reporting and performance analytics
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple campaigns at once
- Eagerness to learn and influence the roll out of new Teads products
- Gain a full understanding of a clients goals and help implement a strategy to meet or exceed those expectations
- Quickly and efficiently resolve campaign issues while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate and work closely with other Teads interns on a group project that will be presented at the end of the internship
Qualifications
- Available to start ASAP
- Able to come into the Teads Toronto office 2x per week as we’re on a hybrid work schedule
- College students in their Senior year with an expected graduation date of May 2023 are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing/Advertising is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets)
