In this program, you’ll learn the day-to-day across industry sectors and will have the opportunity to apply this knowledge across projects and activities.
Mentorship: Throughout the summer you’ll also benefit from a mentorship program that pairs you with mentors from Corporate and Investment Banking, and Global Capital Markets to support your learning and answer any questions you might have! You will also attend regular business line fireside talks to learn all the ins and outs of working in CIB and GCM at Scotiabank.
Classroom: Within the THRIVE program, analysts receive exclusive access to Wall Street Prep courses, coding training, case competitions, Bloomberg learning, and other relevant workshops to polish and develop technical skills.
