Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of managing a warehouse operation efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order processing
– Ensure timely and accurate distribution of products to customers
– Implement and maintain proper procedures to optimize workflow and minimize errors
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
– Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff
– Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
– Manage budget and control costs to achieve financial goals
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
– Proven leadership abilities and team-building skills
