The Operations Coordinator at 312 Main will report to the Manager, Operations and will be responsible for back-end tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. They will also support project work by conducting research, data collection, reporting, and other assigned duties.

Description:
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Senior Talent Development Program Manager to join their team in Chicago, IL, USA.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the design, development, and implementation of talent development programs across the organization
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent development needs and create customized programs
– Analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement
– Work with external vendors to source relevant training courses and programs
– Manage program budgets and resources effectively
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent development
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related field
– Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
– Experience working in a global organization is a plus
