Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people solve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
– Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
– Document all support interactions and solutions

Qualifications:
