The Commerce Execution Suite enables global retail businesses to implement pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives both in-store and online. Its main objective is to identify and drive qualified sales opportunities through effective marketing strategies.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
– Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
– Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
– Coordinate meetings and appointments, including booking conference rooms and sending out invitations
– Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
– Provide general office support such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
