Position Summary:
The Manager, Compensation & Organizational Design will lead strategies related to compensation and organizational structure. Responsibilities include developing frameworks, implementing initiatives, and managing a team to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational solutions, including job analysis, design, and efficiency.
  • Align compensation and organizational design initiatives with business and people strategies.
  • Develop and implement compensation programs, salary administration policies, and job evaluation practices.
  • Ensure compensation practices align with the organization’s philosophy and objectives.
  • Assess and improve the effectiveness of compensation and organizational design services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), GRP (Global Remuneration Professional), or organizational design credentials are strong assets.
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and organizational design, with a track record of identifying improvement opportunities and advising on strategies to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams in compensation and organizational design, collaborating with cross-functional HR experts, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships across all levels of leadership.
  • Skilled in critical thinking, problem-solving, and making sound, informed decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in large, complex environments—ideally within the public or broader public sector.
