Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Calgary, AB
Salary: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Calgary. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing product information and recommendations
– Processing orders and returns
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Communicating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent customer service skills
– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– High school diploma or equivalent
