Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and testing of software applications
– Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
– Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery
– Collaborate with other teams to integrate software solutions with existing systems and applications
– Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology trends to drive innovation within the team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in software development
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
– Experience with Agile development methodologies
– Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
