Job Description
Based in Toronto, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing team. This position involves assisting with various sales and marketing activities, including events, campaigns, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
– Coordinate and execute marketing events and activities
– Prepare and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
– Support sales team with administrative tasks, such as generating reports and managing client databases
– Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics
– Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience with marketing tools and software is an asset
