The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating transportation and logistics activities for inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring carrier performance, managing relationships with carriers and suppliers, and resolving transportation-related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate transportation and logistics activities for inbound and outbound shipments
– Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
– Manage relationships with carriers and suppliers
– Resolve transportation-related issues and provide solutions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation and logistics operations
– Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
– Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
– 2+ years of experience in transportation and logistics coordination

– Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems
