Other team members include one Senior Business Analyst and one Operations Controller.The Team is connected to all the Operations and Support functions.You will play a key role in supporting Operations and Management by providing relevant data and analyses, with the goal to explain past performance, and also identify and push improvement opportunities.You will contribute to this mission by:Leading KPI Dashboards development, upgrades & maintenance for various business dpt.:Collaborate with various stakeholders in operations and support functions to develop / improve and maintain KPI Dashboards using most relevant tools (e.g. Power BI, Google Sheet) and various data sources (including Microsoft D365 and Salesforce)Ensure proper documentation on the Dashboards: KPI definition, calculation, intended audience groups, frequency of reporting, source of data, timing of data refresh, training material.Provide regular communication with various stakeholders on the status of KPI Dashboards development, and train users.Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy and KPIs availability.Seek feedback and explore opportunities to make enhancements on the available report and data collection / reporting process.Providing insights, analyses and recommendations to operations and support functions, leveraging on the developed KPIs, and other available data:Prepare recurring (monthly or quarterly) analyses / commentsPerform ad-hoc analyses / projects to enhance operational performanceContribute to and in some cases lead action plan implementation (monitor actions status, drive change, handle directly some tasks)Are you a MATCH?Education:Master’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Data ScienceSoft and Hard Skills:Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skillsAttention to accuracy and detail requiredFinance – operation controllingStrong working knowledge of Excel and experience with Power BI.Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft D365 a plusLanguages:English fluency is Must haveFrench fluency is Nice to haveWhy Join Us?You will be able to learn more about the Home Healthcare industry in Canada, the development, design of financial and operational KPI dashboards. The Finance department is looking for a candidate to join their Operations Control team, responsible for developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, and supporting operations and management. The position is based in Mississauga, Canada for an initial period of 18 months, with the possibility of extension. The role is open to candidates eligible for the French V.I.E program, which allows young professionals to work for a French company abroad for up to 24 months. Job Description:
– The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and strategies.
– Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop measurement strategies, and create analytical solutions.
– Utilizing data visualization tools and techniques to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Developing data models and algorithms to improve data quality and accuracy.
– Collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and other team members to design and implement data solutions.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
