Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
– Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff
– Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and accuracy
– Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products
– Monitor and analyze warehouse performance and implement improvements as needed
– Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
– Handle any issues or complaints relating to warehouse operations
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in warehouse management
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
