Position: Recruitment Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
– Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
– Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
– Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance the overall candidate experience
– Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring top talent
– Strong understanding of Canadian employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
– Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
