The team strives to be customer-first and ensure that any changes to our product or communications result in the best possible experience for the customer.The team works cross functionally with our partners in the regional Markets, Legal, Tax, Product, Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure successful design and delivery of changes that are customer centric. We seek to deliver against new requirements with the least customer friction and address long-standing customer pain points through magical innovations.Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Operations, this role will provide operational management of strategic horizontal capabilities that span across multiple regulations. Through partnering with Regulatory specialists and cross-functional teams the successful candidate will drive long term sustainable improvements in customer satisfaction and business performance.What you will accomplish:

  • Drive Initiative quarterly and annual planning processes that provide transparency and alignment across teams, ensuring we prioritize the right work efficiently
  • Set the strategy and lead cross functional implementation of new Regulatory Operational solutions and processes that drive improve seller experience and business performance
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities that can drive scalability and amplify our impact
  • Partner with Analytics to define and measure key performance indicators and run regular steering committees to drive decision making and optimize performance
  • Lead special projects including piloting Regulatory as a Service solutions for our customers

What you will bring:The successful candidate will have had project management experience and/or consulting experience. Experience working in an international organization on large-scale projects, influencing partners across a range of functions and/ or e-commerce is a plus. Other requirements:

  • Ability to deliver in a constantly evolving, multi-national and cross-functional business
  • Project Management, Program Management and/ or Operational Management experience
  • Experience communicating complex topics to senior audiences, driving decision making and involving all partners appropriately
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and achieving results through collaboration and influence
  • A phenomenal teammate, who is upbeat, flexible, and comfortable with navigating through ambiguity in a trust-based, human way
  • Strong attention to detail and grasp of data
  • Excellent English writer and verbal communication skills
